WHEELING — A fifth person in Ohio County has died from COVID-19, county health officials announced Tuesday. The person, whose name and age were not released, died after being hospitalized with the coronavirus, Wheeling-Ohio County Health Department Howard Gamble said. WHEELING — The state of West Virginia won’t be sending out ballot applications to all registered voters for the Nov. 3 presidential election, but Ohio County is making plans to do so on its own.
