Francis “Frank” Xavier Duff III, 69, of Wheeling, WV, died Tuesday, December 2, 2025 at Wheeling Hospital. He was born December 5, 1955, in Philadelphia, PA, son of the late Francis Duff II and Marion Nimar Duff. He is survived by his wife, Deborah Ralbusky Duff; children, Jessica (George) Frangos, Eric Duff and John (Ashley) Duff; grandchildren, Alex, Grace and Gloria Frangos; and sisters, Dee Dee Vorce and Ellen Mary Collins. James Edward Nixon, born on July 11, 1958, in Wheeling, West Virginia, passed away peacefully in his hometown on December 4, 2025, at the age of 67. The son of Henry E. Nixon and Irma J. Nixon, James dedicated his professional life to serving his community as a skilled Heat and Air Conditioning Installer with Johnson Boiler Works.
