He was born December 5, 1955, in Philadelphia, PA, son of the late Francis Duff II and Marion Nimar Duff. He is survived by his wife, Deborah Ralbusky Duff; children, Jessica (George) Frangos, Eric Duff and John (Ashley) Duff; grandchildren, Alex, Grace and Gloria Frangos; and sisters, Dee Dee Vorce and Ellen Mary Collins.
