She was born July 22, 1934 in Moundsville; the daughter of the late Lloyd Charles and Dortha Fae (Earnest) Jones. Eleanor was a retired secretary for a collection agency in Wheeling, WV; a member of the Mount Pleasant United Methodist Church in Sherrills Ford, NC and Eastern Star 86.
