She was born August 14, 1959 in Wheeling, WV the daughter of the late Ronald William and Aileen Criswell Reinbeau. Terri was a retired Nurse’s Aide with OVMC and had worked in the jewelry department at Stone & Thomas and was a member of Riverview Bible Church in West Wheeling, OH.
