No Sidelines Between Good, Evil

The world is witnessing horror in the Middle East. For many, truth is far less important than narrative. That narrative, too often, is that the Israelis are white European colonizers, and they are bad. Critical theory has rotted the minds of many and postmodern Marxist ideas, embraced by left-wing groups globally, have led many to evil’s side. Hamas terrorists sneaked into Israel, some on paragliders. They killed infants, toddlers, teens, men, women, the elderly and Holocaust survivors. Hamas livestreamed their terror. Israel showed the world the pictures and videos of the terror. ...

It Was the Best of Times … Well, It Was the Best of Times

As my physical therapist stretched my hip the other day, we talked about being Gen Xers. Parenting as Gen Xers, specifically — as the children of baby boomers and the parents of whatever generation we’re raising now (Yoomers? Zoomers? Post-zoomers?) We talked with nostalgia about those weird and wonderful ‘90s, the Gen X glory days, before the weight of the internet had pressed us into diamonds, but after the democratization of music and art and culture. As the therapist pushed and massaged, we talked about the crop tops fashionable these days, shirts that look as if ...

Chesebro’s Ethics Account Empty

Where did Kenneth Chesebro come from? Son of a Wisconsin music teacher, he amassed sterling credentials, a Harvard Law degree chief among them. On paper he was impressive. But then he joined a conspiracy to overthrow the democracy. Chesebro gives credentials a bad name. He applied his legal skills to veil criminal activity under plausible-sounding theory — all the while covering, so he thought, his own posterior. In the end, Chesebro was charged with working on slates of faked electors to overturn results in several states. One can only marvel at his fancy legal spinning designed ...

The shop’s owner, Steve Dobrzynski, first posted photos of the book on social media last Tuesday. He told the Journal Sentinel a couple found ...

New Deadly Bird Flu Cases Now Present In Four States

DES MOINES, Iowa (AP) — Two commercial turkey farms in Iowa have been hit by the reemerging highly pathogenic bird flu, causing about 100,000 birds to be killed to prevent the disease from spreading. The Iowa Department of Agriculture reported the infected commercial poultry flocks within weeks of a turkey farm in South Dakota and one in Utah reporting the first outbreaks in the U.S. since April, raising concerns that more would follow. The U.S. Department of Agriculture shows 12 commercial flocks in South Dakota, Utah and Minnesota have been affected in October, totaling more than ...

How Palestinian State Would Look

On “60 Minutes,” President Biden said he thinks it would be a “mistake ... for Israel to occupy ... Gaza again.” He also conceded that eliminating Hamas and Hezbollah in Lebanon “is a necessary requirement.” At the same time, the president said, “There needs to be a path to a Palestinian state.” If anyone wants to see a preview of what a Palestinian state would look like, they should consider Gaza. Only the self-deluded believe such a state would not be used by terrorists to complete the “final solution” of wiping Israel off the map. Palestinian Authority ...
