ST. CLAIRSVILLE – The Ohio Valley Athletic Conference members had a basketball season to remember. And there is still one more chance to catch a glimpse of the senior standouts before they officially call it a career. Sixty seniors, representing 34 schools, will take part in the annual OVAC Samuel A. Mumley All-Star Basketball Game on Sunday, April 12 at the ECO Center in St. Clairsville.
