MORGANTOWN — West Virginia football earned a commitment for its second wide receiver for the 2027 class. Wide receiver Jacobi Pasley has reportedly committed to the Mountaineers, according to On3. Pasley is a Hinesville, Georgia, native and played his junior season at Bradwell Institute, playing receiver and defensive back.
