Getting No Help at W.Va. DMV
Editor, News-Register: I can’t begin the describe my frustration at the Moundsville DMV. I went in with my Colorado driver’s license and my car to change my residence with the DMV. I drove 10+ miles, returned home, went back to the DMV and had to return home, empty handed. I am 77 years old and a 56-year spouse of a Navy veteran.
