A Prescription for 25th Amendment

4 min read

Editor, News-Register:

Sadly, last week's media revealed this country has reached that point. How much longer can this malarkey go on? There's the constant failing memory, talking to dead people and clearly defined elder abuse. For this unique country to survive, it is well past time to invoke the 25th Amendment. Since I identify as a doctor, I am qualified to make that assessment. Since I did not do my internship under Dr. Fauci, my diagnosis can be applied to private citizens too. C'mon, man, Ricky Stash should be banned from this paper due to his terminal case of Trump Derangement Syndrome.

Nearly every week, we are subjected to Ricky's rants about his consuming hatred of one man, and, sadly, it is Pres. Donald J. Trump. We hear embellishments, hyperbole, misinformation and unsubstantiated opinions about the rightful president. We just read what he repeats from watching the corrosive CNN.

So, let me get this straight. The more one proclaims "Orange man bad," you think you become an oracle for the Democrat Party? It magically elevates Biden to the same honored level as Washington and Lincoln? And a component of this illness is that one cannot acknowledge any accomplishment from the winner of 2020's election or conveniently omits the Dracula speech in Philly. Here is a recent example from Feb. 11 Sunday News-Register: "Mr. Trump's obvious disregard of the rule of law has been his mode of operation for approximately five decades in the business world..." But can't we say that about the unelected president? We don't hear about pay your fair share from all of the foreign money. There's no repelling of invasions and what about all of the CCP business transactions and multiple family shell corporations and allowing a CCP spy balloon to leisurely fly over the country transmitting national security data back to the capital of our leading adversary. Let's review how defund the police is working and its relation to rampant crime. Ricky has been silent on demonizing and jailing political adversaries. Let's have a discussion about the suppression of our First Amendment right to discuss alternatives to an injurious injectable, but they can perpetuate lies about Russian collusion. None of this is brought up in Ricky's weekly letters to the editor, or does CNN not report on the abject failures of this fake president? At least the honestly elected president showed compassion to the devastated community of East Palestine.

When you cash out at the grocery store, has the Inflation Reduction Act reduced your bill? With Punxatawny Phil's prediction of an early spring, does that mean we have indisputable proof of global warming? But what about the nasty cold spell in January? Did we even have any 90 degree days last summer? But so much of the Inflation Reduction Act monies went to stop climate change. Can we discuss the nor-easter on 2/13/24? How is the demand for EVs? Where is the fleet of those EV buses to whisk children to the Ohio County schools, before the next virus suddenly is released? How are EVs selling at the used car lots, and what is the root cause of so many virtue signalers unloading them?

These TDS sufferers should not be allowed to sit in their messy garages and write next to their corvettes. They are bereft of facts in advocating for the Big Guy. But disinformation is what is preached from their sacred text, The Communist Manifesto. The libs can't make a distinction between reality and Marx's unnatural world.

Happily, there is a prescription I recommend: Ricky needs to graduate from the MARA (Make America Ricky Absent) and Friends Institute. The simple curriculum teaches freedom is far better than tyranny.
