Welty Townhouse Residents Appreciate Amenities
The new Welty TownHomes in Wheeling have become home to longtime local residents and some who have recently moved to the area. A project of the Welty Trust, the 12 townhomes provide a new gracious living option for people age 65 and older. Only two of the townhomes are still available; the others have all been rented by people eager to leave home maintenance behind.
