RAYLAND — Buckeye Local baseball coach Jeff Patrick grew up surrounded by sports. Whether it was football, baseball, basketball or wrestling, Patrick was involved. Jack Scouvart was at his best on Monday as he held Follansbee Post 45 to no runs on one hit in a dominant 18-0 Wheeling Post 1 victory. Scouvart also struck out two over five innings pitched.
