WHEELING — The tournament of OVAC champions was dominated by 3A champion, Linsly, Wednesday at Oglebay Park’s Jones Course. The Cadets fired an impressive 311, which was better than Wheeling Park (319), Wheeling Central (324) and St. Clairsville (354). Linsly’s Matteo Pontecorvo shot an even-par round of 71, which was a stroke better than Wheeling Park’s Gavin Goodrich and Wheeling Central’s Justin Doerr, for the medalist honor.
