Monroe Central Slips Past Martins Ferry
MARTINS FERRY - The heart of a champion. Monroe Central, the reigning OHSAA D-VI state kingpins, exhibited once again what it takes to be champions Tuesday night at Tolbert Gymnasium. The Seminoles found themselves trailing Martins Ferry by 14 points (45-31) with just over four minutes left in the third quarter.
