Incumbent Monroe County Commissioners Tim R. Price and Carl M. Davis, both Democrats, each won a third consecutive four-year term. Price captured 3,293 votes, defeating Independents Patti S. Haralson with 2,103 and Mark Hutchinson with 950. Davis gathered 2,553 votes, beating Republican Fred Binegar with 2,204 and Independent Misty Tolzda with 1,861. Tiffany Hoffman will succeed her mother, Kathie Hoffman, as the next Ohio County assessor. The younger Hoffman, a Democrat, defeated her Independent opponent, Katrina Taylor, by a vote total of 10,013 to 6,803.
