Kimberly L. Baker Ruckman, 64, of Proctor, WV; went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, January 4, 2026 at WVU Medicine Reynolds Memorial Hospital.
She was born April 13, 1961; the daughter of the late Edmund Ray and Dortha "Ann" (Jiles) Baker.
Kimberly was a retired Personal Banker & Lender at Mercentile & One Valley Bank; a member of Moundsville Baptist Church; her life revolved around her grandchildren; she loved making crafts and was an avid Steelers and Mountaineer Fan.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by daughter, Randi Lynn White.
Survivors include her husband, James M. Ruckman; son, Josh (Katrina) Wade of St. Clairsville; son-in-law, Tim White of Shadyside; two brothers, Greg (Bobbie) Baker of Mars, PA and Bryan (Grace) Baker of McMurray, PA; sister, Mona (Freddie) Drabeck of Washington, PA; three grandchildren, Bennett Wade, Austin Wade and Ethan White; sister-in-law, Teri (Brook) Watson of Bellaire, OH; brother-in-law, Kevin Ruckman of Moundsville; nieces and nephews, Emily (Keith) O'Conor and their daughters, Jane & Cora, Brandon Baker, Chris Watson and Kayla Watson.
Family would like special recognition of her fellow prayer chain lady warriors at the Moundsville Baptist Church.
Family will receive friends on Wednesday, January 7th from 2-4pm and 6-8pm at Grisell Funeral Home & Crematory, 400 Jefferson Avenue Moundsville, WV. Visitation on Thursday will begin at 10am until Funeral Service at 11am at Moundsville Baptist Church, 1911 Fourth Street Moundsville, WV with Pastor Brian Copeland officiating.
Interment to follow at Riverview Cemetery in Moundsville.
