It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved Beverly Heil Sharpsky, who departed this life on Thursday, October 30, 2025, at the age of 92. She was a cherished wife, mother, grandmother, great-grand- mother, and friend to many.
Born on May 3, 1933, in Wheeling, WV. Beverly touched the lives of all who knew her with kindness, warmth, and unwavering support.
Beverly was active in her support and love for Seven Dolors Church and St Vincent de Paul Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 52 years, Raymond E Sharpsky.
Beverly is survived by her 3 children, Catherine Piazza of West Liberty, WV, David Sharpsky of Elm Grove, WV, and Mark Sharpsky of Wheeling. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, Jeffrey Piazza of Lexington, KY, Christopher Piazza of Bokeelia, FL, Joseph Sharpsky of Elm Grove, WV, Justin Sharpsky of Elm Grove WV, Jennifer Sharpsky Baciak of Wheeling, WV and Nicholas Sharpsky of New York, NY. She is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren, all of whom she loved dearly. Beverly will be missed by all her family and friends. Beverly was preceded in death by her brother, Jack Heil of Wheeling, WV.
A Mass to celebrate Beverly's life will be held on Wednesday November 12, 2025, at 11:30 am at St. Vincent de Paul Church in Elm Grove. She will be interred at Seven Dolors cemetery following the Mass.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. Vincent de Paul Adopt a Student in Beverly's memory.
