Jose Luis Cintron, 75, resident of Wheeling, WV, died on Thursday, October 9, 2025 at Heritage Valley, Sewickley, PA.
He was born on February 4, 1950 in San Juan, Puerto Rico, son of the late Gilberto and Juanita Rivera Cintron.
Jose was a retired train engineer for Norfolk and Southern Railroad and a U.S. Navy veteran of the Vietnam War.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Daniel Edward Cintron; sister, Jeanette Cintron and a brother, Miguel Cintron.
Jose is survived by a daughter, Wendy J. (Jonathan) Meadows; sisters, Carmen Cintron and Lourdes (Edward) Amely; brothers, Gilberto Cintron, Jr. and Jesus Cintron; several grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and good friends, Robert Gardner and Chris Bowie.
Per his request there will be no visitation or service, and his cremated remains will be sent to Puerto Rico to be buried with his parents.
