COVID-19 vaccine: Wheeling Hospital nurses administer first doses to workers

Tuesday morning, Wheeling Hospital employees that work directly with COVID-19 patients received their first installment of the Pfizer vaccine. Here, physician assistant Dan Burns receives his vaccine at about 6 a.m. Burns was the second person to get vaccinated Tuesday, with nurse aide Debra Ronevich receiving her shot minutes before Burns. The hospital has employees on the front-line of caring for patients with the virus scheduled throughout the day to be vaccinated.
