Salvation Army To Reopen Wheeling Thrift Store
After significant changes made, the Salvation Army's Wheeling Thrift Store will reopen starting at 9 a.m. Saturday. According to Lt. John Lawrence, the store has undergone major changes including to its layout, hours of operation and staffing model. "While some of the rennovations are still underway we feel confident that you will immediately notice the changes before you walk into the store," Lawrence said.
