Moundsville Fire Chief Gary Brandon has been fired as investigations are ongoing involving both the Moundsville City and West Virginia State police. In a statement, Moundsville City Manager Rick Healy said Brandon was fired April 24. "There is an ongoing investigation by the Moundsville Police Department and the West Virginia State Police,” Healy said in the statement.
