More than half of the companies given taxpayer incentives to expand or open new locations in Ohio over the last four years failed to meet job or payroll goals associated with the tax breaks. WHEELING — The Kruger Street Toy and Train Museum is gearing up for multiple visits from Old St. Nick. Santa Claus and Mrs. Claus will stop by the Museum for three consecutive Saturdays — Dec. 6, 13 and 20 — to take pictures with all the good little boys and girls.
