National Weather Service Predicting 5-8 Inches of Snow for the Ohio Valley by Early Sunday
WHEELING — Those who feel they had enough winter weather following the several inches of snow that blanketed the Ohio Valley earlier this month are in for some bad news. More snow — and lots of it — is forecast for the region this weekend. The National Weather Service has issued a winter storm warning from 1 p.m. Saturday to 1 p.m. Sunday for eastern Ohio, western Pennsylvania and West Virginia’s Northern Panhandle.
