Bishop Darrell Cummings and First Lady Latisha Cummings of Bethlehem Apostolic Temple in Wheeling fill the church van with donated food items at the Elm Grove Riesbeck’s for the church’s annual Easter giveaway. The event, which begins at 11 a.m. Saturday at the North Wheeling Dream Center, is an opportunity for those in need to receive a full Easter dinner as well as nice clothes for children.
