Breeci Peckens and Mario Posteraro were united in marriage on Saturday, Aug. 19, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Tiltonsville, with The Very Rev. William Cross officiating.
Parents of the couple are Doug and Judy Peckens of Yorkville, and John and Elaine Posteraro of Wexford, Pa.
The wedding party included Shaylee Wittmer and Rami Nau, sisters of the bride and matrons of honor, and Michael Foglio, best man. The bridesmaids were Monica Anderson, Jennifer Liberty, Lauren Capo, Amanda Perilstein, Marissa Dreliszak, Lindsey Frankovich, Kylie Pennell, Sydney Helms and Caitlin Helms. The groomsmen included Ben Colas, Spencer Stevenson, Ben Capo, Evan Perilstein, Ryan Dreliszak, D.J. Peckens, Eric Wittmer, Justin Nau, Trey Helms and Spencer Helms. The flower girl was Dusolina Dreliszak, and the ring bearers were Vincenzo Capo, Preston Wittmer, Theo Nau and Harrison Perilstein.
Matthew and Christopher DiCenzo assisted as altar servers, and the lectors were David and Barry Helms and Lillian Logan. Other participants included Susan and Danielle Helms (offertory presenters), Chad Carter (organist), Marsha Chrisagis (choir director) and Shaylee Wittmer (soloist).
The reception was held at Valley Brook Country Club in McMurray, Pa.
The groom is a graduate of North Allegheny High School and attended Grove City College where he played for the Wolverine football team while receiving his bachelor of science degree in finance. He began his career with Teach For America in Cleveland working as a math teacher. Mario earned an executive certificate in financial planning from Duquesne University and completed his certified financial planner (CFP) designation. He is currently employed as a wealth advisor with Roble Belko & Company in Sewickley, Pa.
The bride is a graduate of Buckeye Local High School where she was class valedictorian. She attended Franciscan University for two years, majoring in chemistry. Breeci was accepted into the doctor of pharmacy program at Duquesne University where she earned her PharmD degree. She is currently employed by the Kroger Company as a pharmacist in Columbus.
After a honeymoon trip to the Radisson Blu Resort in the Maldives, the couple will reside in Moon Township, Pa.
