Amy Marie Knuth and Zachary Allen Compston were united in marriage at 4 p.m. Saturday, May 23 at an outdoor ceremony at The Clintonville Woman’s Club, Columbus, with the Rev. David Bondurant officiating.

Parents of the bride are Mark and Judy Knuth of Wheeling.

Parents of the groom are Julie Compston of Winter Springs, Fla., and Larry and Marie Compston of Belmont.

Mollie Haughn served as matron of honor. Jim Compston, brother of the groom, served as best man.

Other attendants were Allison Barber, Julia Matthias, Stephen Trefnoff and Josh Bryant.

The bride is a 2006 graduate of Wheeling Central Catholic High School, a 2010 graduate of Wheeling Jesuit University with a Bachelor of Science degree in respiratory therapy and a 2012 graduate of Wheeling Jesuit University with a doctorate in physical therapy. She is a physical therapist specialized in lymphedema management at The Ohio State University James Comprehensive Breast Center in Columbus.

The groom is a 2006 graduate of Union Local High School, a 2010 graduate of Capital University, Columbus, with a Bachelor of Music degree in jazz studies and a 2012 graduate of Indiana University with a Master of Music degree in percussion. He is employed at the Jazz Arts Group as director of education and community engagement in Columbus.

After a honeymoon to St Lucia, the couple resides in Columbus.
