Rebecca Marie Saracco and Louis Shane DeVincent were united in marriage at 1 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 9, at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church, Morgantown, with the Rev. Richard Dyer of Alexandria, Va., officiating.
Parents of the bride are Dr. Gregory and Jacqueline Saracco of Carrollton, Va., formerly of Wheeling.
Parents of the groom are Marcia DeVincent of Morgantown and the late Raymond DeVincent.
Emily Saracco was maid of honor. Anne Thalman was matron of honor. Chris Hilleary served as best man.
Other attendants were Alyssa Petroplus, Brie Mewbourne, Katy Gallaher, Brittney Bragg, Jennifer Mathieu, Anthony Straface, Ryan Smyth, John Bossio, Patrick Rinehart, Derek Reynolds and Ben Sions.
A reception was held at the Waterfront Place Hotel, Morgantown.
The bride is a 2005 graduate of Wheeling Park High School, a 2009 graduate of West Virginia University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and a 2012 graduate of West Virginia University College of Law with a Juris Doctorate. She is employed as an associate at a law firm in Oakton, Va.
The groom is a 2001 graduate of Morgantown High School and a 2005 graduate of West Virginia University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in multiple disciplinary studies. He is employed as an account executive with J.J. Haines in northern Virginia.
After a wedding trip to Grenada, the couple resides in Alexandria, Va.
