Caroline Delevan Harman and Derek Christian Meeker were united in marriage at 6 p.m. Friday, Aug. 29, at Croatan Ridge in Buxton, N.C., with the Rev. Clyde Beard officiating the double-ring ceremony.
Parents of the bride are Steve and Beth Heatwole of Chesterfield, Va.
Parents of the groom are Dan and Linda Meeker of Chesterfield.
Grandparents of the groom are the Rev. and Mrs. Clyde Beard of Fairmont and Mr. and Mrs. Dave Meeker of Moundsville.
Elizabeth Shoulders was matron of honor. Adam Meeker served as best man.
Other attendants were Maggie Simmons, Megan Heatwole, Molly Cragg, Clint Holbert, Brett Harman, David Shoulders, Kyle Cragg and Landen Harman.
The bride is employed as a closing coordinator for Valentine Properties.
The groom is employed as a Magnolia system designer for Best Buy.
The couple resides in Chesterfield.
