WHEELING -- The fifth-annual Circus Saints and Sinners Party on the Plaza Music and Food festival presented by Panhandle Cleaning and Restoration will be held from 5-11 p.m. Saturday, July 12, at the Plaza on Market in downtown Wheeling.

Proceeds from the event benefit WVU Medicine Children's hospital in Morgantown.

The festival features all-day live music, several local food trucks, and beer and wine.

"We get over 1,000 people on the Plaza on Market in downtown for fantastic food and incredible entertainment, live from the Panhandle stage. It's a great, high-energy vibe," event chairman Paul Smith said. "We purposely book only party bands. It's called 'the summer's hottest party' for a reason. You won't hear any slow songs at this event."

The musical lineup is co-headlined by Columbus party band The Big Badd and Pittsburgh's Twan Moore and Party Train, with special guest, local '80s hair metal rockers Tongue 'N Cheek.

Bob Contraguerro Jr. of title sponsor Panhandle Cleaning and Restoration said the event's beneficiary provides a vital service to area residents needing advanced pediatric healthcare services.

"When women and children in the Wheeling area and beyond need specialty maternal, infant and pediatric care, they turn to WVU Medicine Children's," Contraguerro said. "We're proud to help support such a great cause."

Major sponsors include RE/MAX Broadwater, Kalkreuth Roofing and Sheet Metal, Lowe's, Gumby's/Geno's, Glessner Snodgrass Wealth Management, WesBanco, WVU Medicine and Generation's Restaurant and Pub.
