WHEELING – Classic rock hitmakers 38 Special will take the stage at the Capitol Theatre Friday, Feb. 21, in Wheeling.
After more than four decades, 38 Special continues to bring their signature blast of southern rock to more than 100 cities a year with explosive performances of selections from their Gold and Platinum albums.
