Comedy Shows to Bring Smiles To Friendly City This Weekend

WHEELING -- Laughter returns to the Comedy Club at Wheeling Island with two great comedians tonight, Friday, March 22.

The feature comedian of the night will be Mike Travers, and the headliner will be Derrick Knopsnyder. Doors open at 7 p.m., and show time is 8 p.m. General admission is $10. The Comedy Club is located inside the casino showroom at Wheeling Island Hotel-Casino-Racetrack.

Then on Saturday, March 23, Waterfront Hall will host the Joke on the Water Comedy Showcase featuring Chuck Lewis and Georgia Warder, and headlined by comedian Senneca Stone.

Showtime is 9-11 p.m. Tickets are $10 in advance and $15 at the door.
