WHEELING -- The Rocky Horror Picture Show 48th Anniversary Spectacular Tour will be featured at the Capitol Theatre at 7 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 8.

The Rocky Horror Picture Show 48th Anniversary Spectacular Tour features the original Magenta -- Patricia Quinn. Additionally, the event features a screening of the original unedited movie with a love shadow cast, audience participation, costume contest, prop bags and more.

The Capitol Theatre and WesBanco Arena are scheduled to be frightfully busy this weekend, as the Greater Wheeling Sports and Entertainment Authority hosts two big October shows at its two downtown venues -- The Rocky Horror Picture Show at the Capitol and Alice Cooper at WesBanco Arena -- both taking place on Sunday night.

"We're thrilled to have two amazing events at the Capitol Theatre and WesBanco Arena in one day," said Kelly Tucker, executive director. "We can't wait to see everyone enjoying downtown Wheeling, our venues, and these incredible events."
