FAIRVIEW -- The Pennyroyal Opera House will host a bluegrass show today, Friday, Oct. 13, featuring the Kevin Prater Band.
From the mountains of Eastern Kentucky, The Kevin Prater Band delivers their unique "Coal-Fired Pure Kentucky Bluegrass" with additions of classic country, grassed up vintage rock, original songs and emotion filled, bluegrass gospel music throughout the USA and Canada.
The KPB is frequently recognized and celebrated for their stellar harmonies and a cappella talents.
The opening band for the show will be the Muddy Krick Mountain Band.
The kitchen and doors open at 5 p.m., and the show begins at 7 p.m. Tickets are $20 per person, and those age 12 and under are admitted for free.
The Pennyroyal Opera House consists of a 100-percent volunteer staff and is conveniently located in Fairview, Ohio, just off Interstate 70 at exit 198.
