MOUNDSVILLE -- The Moundsville-Marshall County Public Library will host the Pittsburgh Puppet Works at 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 28, for a very special Halloween performance.

Back by popular demand, this professional puppet troupe will entertain children, especially those ages 3 to 8, with the show "Inky's Haunted Woods Adventure."

Known for creating and performing "professional, hilarious, toe-tappin', engaging and all-around catchy puppet productions" for all occasions and any audience, the Pittsburgh Puppet Works is family entertainment with "real character."

The laughs and learning go hand-in-hand and the artistry of the puppets is first-rate.

In this new show, it's Halloween once again.

Inky the cat and his best friend, Albert, have been playing all day and decide to take a nap. When they wake up, they realize they are going to be late for Trick or Treating! The only way they'll make it on time is to take a short-cut through the Haunted Woods. Are they being followed? By who -- or what? It's a frightfully fun musical tale with Inky and his ghoulish friends!

This event is sponsored by the Robert Baker Family. It is free and open to the public. The Moundsville Library is located at the corner of Fifth Street and Tomlinson Avenue.
