WHEELING — Honoring local veterans is a tradition at the Polish American Patriot Club in South Wheeling. This year, the PAP Club will be joined by American Legion Post 1 members in honoring men and woman who have served this country in the military. The PAP Club at 4410 Jacob St. will host a free breakfast for all veterans from 9 a.m. to noon Monday, Nov. 11, which is Veterans Day.
