Crosscurrents Exhibit To Open at Stifel Fine Arts

WHEELING — Opening of the 2022 Crosscurrents art exhibition at Oglebay Institute's Stifel Fine Arts Center will take place Thursday, May 12. A free reception begins at 6:30 p.m., and awards will be announced at approximately 7 p.m. For those who cannot attend the awards ceremony in person, the event can be viewed live on the OI Facebook page. WHEELING — The Ohio Valley Civil War Roundtable will host storyteller Chris Hart who will relate the experiences of a Civil War Soldier and a dog called Curly. His presentation will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, May 14, inside West Virginia’s Independence Hall’s court room in downtown Wheeling.
