Kevin and Patty Duffin of Wheeling announce the engagement of their daughter, Emily Claire Duffin, to William Jason Burr, son of Mary Jane Burr of Marlton, N.J.
Duffin is a 2002 graduate of Wheeling Park High School and a 2006 graduate of The Ohio State University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. She is employed as a global merchandise manager at Free People corporate headquarters in Philadelphia.
Burr is a 1994 graduate of Camden Catholic High School and a 1998 graduate of The College of New Jersey with a bachelor’s degree in finance. He is employed as a financial adviser at Merrill Lynch in Philadelphia.
A May wedding is planned in Wheeling.
