Donna Mazzella of Wellsburg announces the engagement of her daughter, Rachel Maurine, to Darin Scott Heavilin Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. Darin Heavilin Sr. of Hopedale.
Mazzella is a 2009 graduate of Brooke High School and a 2012 graduate of West Liberty University with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. She is employed by JP Morgan Chase as a recruitment coordinator and is working towards a master’s degree in human resource management at The Ohio State University.
Heavilin is a 2010 valedictorian graduate of Harrison Central High School and graduated from The Ohio State University in computer science engineering in 2015. He is employed by JP Morgan Chase as an application developer.
A May 14 wedding is planned at St. John’s Catholic Church in Wellsburg.
