Mr. and Mrs. Michael W. Dobbs of Moundsville announce the engagement of their daughter, Shanda Dobbs, to Ben Lasure of Wheeling, son of Dr. Rex Lasure and Nancy Endrizzi, both of Wheeling.
Dobbs is employed at West Virginia University’s Ruby Memorial Hospital in the microbiology lab.
Lasure is a fourth-year medical student at West Virginia University.
An April 23 wedding is planned.
