Mr. and Mrs. David Burns Jr. of Roanoke, Va., announce the engagement of their daughter, Mary Rebecca Burns, to Levi Dean Wichterman, son of Mr. and Mrs. Tim Anderson of Sistersville and Mr. and Mrs. Dean Wichterman of Sardis.
Burns is a graduate of Roanoke Catholic High School and a 2012 graduate of West Virginia University. She is employed by the trauma emergency department at Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown, and is pursuing a master’s degree as a family nurse practitioner.
Wichterman is a 2007 graduate of Tyler Consolidated High School and a 2010 graduate of West Virginia University. He is employed by the trauma emergency department at Ruby Memorial Hospital. He is serving as a first lieutenant and flight nurse in the 167th Aeromedical Evacuation Squad of the West Virginia Air National Guard.
A March wedding is planned in Morgantown.
