Dennis and Debbie Gaston Muldovan of Follansbee announce the engagement of their daughter, Shelby Marie Muldovan, to Jeffery William Jeffers, son of Jeff and Brenda Jeffers of Palestine, W.Va.
Muldovan is a 2010 graduate of Brooke High School and a 2014 graduate of Wheeling Jesuit University with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting.
Jeffers is a 2009 graduate of Wirt County High School. He is employed as an emergency medical technician with Minnie Hamilton Hospital.
