Janet and Wes Cross of Wheeling celebrated their 20th wedding anniversary on Wednesday, May 20.They were united in marriage on May 20, 1995 at Hope United Methodist Churc in Wheeling, with the Rev. Allen E. Johnson officiating.Janet Cross is the daughter of James Staub and the late Arlene Staub.Wes Cross is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Clyde W.
