Robert and Helen Wilson of West Alexander, Pennsylvania, celebrated their 66th wedding anniversary on June 5 at their home. They were married at Dallas Methodist Church in Dallas, W.Va. Helen is the daughter of the late Melvin and Margaret Johnson Winters. Robert is the son of the late Luther and Anna Toland Wilson. Helen is a retired nurses aide. She is a writer and member of the National Poetry Association. John and Roberta Petrella celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on Saturday, June 20. They were married June 20, 1979, at St. Anthony Padula Catholic Church in Bridgeport, Ohio. Roberta is the daughter of the late Agnes and Joseph Pasztor Jr. of Bridgeport. She retired as a high school English teacher. John is the son of the late Ralph and Theresa Petrella of Steubenville. He was employed at Weirton Steel and taught at West Virginia Business College. Loys Celebrate 70th

Art and Angie Loy of Benwood celebrated their 70th wedding anniversary on June 3. Angie is retired from Elby’s Restaurants. Art worked for Garvin’s Dairy and retired from United Dairy. They are the parents of two children, Debby (Bill) Barnes of Winston/Salem, North Carolina; and Art (Jeana) Loy of Mount Olivet. They are also Gammy and King Pappy to four grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. A celebration with family will be held at a later date.
