Kemps Celebrate 50th

Tim and Linda Kemp of Bethesda, Ohio, celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on Sunday, Feb. 14. They were united in marriage on Feb. 14, 1971, St. Valentine’s Day, at Ebenezer Baptist Church, Bethesda, Ohio, by the late Pastor Garry Ballard. It is with much happiness and gratitude that Dolores and William Lestini are celebrating their 65th wedding anniversary. Dolores Ann Vannelle and William were united in marriage on Nov. 26, 1955 at St. John Church in Bellaire, Ohio. William is a retired pharmacist and they presently live in Wheeling. They are the parents of three children, Dr. William F. (Stephanie) of Raleigh, North Carolina, Alan (Paula) of Wheeling and Natalie of Westerville, Ohio. They have four grandchildren, Shanley, Lysandra, Kyle and Nathan.

Ingrams Celebrate 60 Years

Jenny Rejonis and Albert Ingram were married Nov. 26, 1960, by the Rev. Henry Hopkins at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Moundsville. Albert retired in 1998 from Bayer Chemical after 38 years of service. Jenny worked at Fostoria Glass and is a homemaker. The Ingrams are the parents of two sons, Carl and Alan, who live in South Carolina with their families. They also have five grandchildren. An anniversary celebration will be held at a later date.

Schwertfegers Mark 70 Years

Russ and Jean Schwertfeger of Bethany will celebrate their 70th wedding anniversary on Sunday, Nov. 22. The couple was wed at an evening ceremony in the Woodsdale neighborhood home of Jean’s mother, Corinne Gordon, of Wheeling. After a brief honeymoon trip to Pittsburgh they returned on Thanksgiving Day, just before the 1950 major snowstorm hit the Ohio Valley. Bringmans Celebrate 50

Dave and Barbara Bringman of Colerain celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on Oct. 31. They were married Oct. 31, 1970 at the First Baptist Church in Arlington, Virginia, with Pastor Charles Standrich officiating. They are the parents of two daughters, Tracy Sue (Chad) Kiaski and Shelly Ann Bringman (Matt). They have four grandchildren, Isabelle, Olivia, Max and Hines. The Bringmans are both retired.
