Gary A. Hall and Jodi A. Hall reside at 259 Harris Lane on Rines Ridge in Marshall County, Proctor, W.Va., where they exchanged their vows 25 years ago on Oct. 31, 1997.

As Frankenstein and the Bride of Frankenstein, they shared in a celebration of their love together with friends and family on their property, all dressed in Halloween costumes. The reception was also on the property. The next day, they headed to Walt Disney World in Orlando, Fla. for a week-long honeymoon.

In 1999, their daughter Brandi A. Hall was born on Dec. 21 in Morgantown, two months premature.

She now has a bachelor's degree in English from West Virginia University and is substitute teaching for Marshall County Schools while working towards her teaching certification and masters degree in English.

Gary, originally from Wheeling, is retired from Ormet after 40 years of working as a production supervisor for local companies.

Jodi (Smith), originally from Bethlehem, is employed with Marshall County Schools as a supervisory aide at John Marshall High School.

A family dinner is planned to celebrate their 25th anniversary this weekend.
