WHEELING – Ohio County officials announced Thursday that a body found Tuesday evening near Clarington, Ohio has been identified as that of Sandra K. Parsons, 83, of Triadelphia – missing since the June 14 flash flooding in Triadelphia and Valley Grove. The investigation of the body’s identity involved the Wetzel County detachment of the West Virginia State Police and the State Medical Examiner’s Office in Charleston, according to Ohio County Emergency Management Agency Director Lou Vargo.
