Brian and Kelly Hutchison of Flushing announce the engagement of their daughter, Roshele Nicole Black, to Brian Carl Wright, son of Gary and Naomi Wright of Middlebourne.
Black is a 2004 graduate of Barnesville High School and a 2011 graduate of Belmont College with a degree in nursing. She is employed with Wexford Health Sources.
Wright is a 2003 graduate of Tyler Consolidated High School and a 2013 graduate of the Federal Law Enforcement Academy in Brunswick, Ga. He is employed as a federal law enforcement officer with the U.S. Department of Justice.
A Sept. 24 wedding is planned at the First Christian Church in Moundsville.
