David and Jo Ellen Taylor of Wheeling announce the engagement of their daughter, Emily Anne, to Brian Joseph Keys, son of Joseph and Patricia Keys of Wheeling.
Taylor is a 2005 graduate of Wheeling Central Catholic High School and a 2009 graduate of West Virginia University with a bachelor’s degree in speech-pathology and audiology and a 2012 graduate of California University of Pennsylvania with a master’s degree in communication disorders. She is employed as a speech-language pathologist with Athena Therapy in St. Clairsville.
Keys is a 2001 graduate of Edgewood Regional High School, a veteran of the U.S. Navy, and is currently pursuing a degree in cyber security and networking at Belmont College. He is employed by Cardinal Health in Wheeling.
A May wedding is planned in Wheeling.
