Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Daryl Cline of Wheeling announce the engagement of their son, Thomas Brian Cline of Wheeling, to Miwa Eugenia Shimizu Orozco of Jefferson Hills, Pa., daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Marcelino Shimizu of Toluca, Mexico.
Shimizu is a 2005 graduate of Instituto Mexico de Toluca and a 2009 cum laude graduate of Itesm Campus Toluca with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. She is employed as a master scheduler in GE Grid Solutions in Charleroi, Pa.
Cline is a 2003 graduate of Wheeling Park High School and a 2007 magna cum laude graduate of West Liberty State College with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration. He is employed as a quality manager for Tecnocap LLC in Glen Dale.
A September wedding is planned in Wheeling.
