The bride is the daughter of Kenny and Patty Barnhart of Proctor.
The groom is the son of Robert and Kim Whipp of Glen Dale.
Shannon Hoyt was maid of honor, and Roy Clark was best man.
Other attendants were Kimberly Eddy, Bree Whipp-Ogle, Heather Robinson, Kylen Whipp, Jody Ogle, Eric Mena, Eli Eddy, Ian Ogle and Kinley Ogle.
The bride is employed at Ohio Valley Medical Center as a surgical technologist.
The groom is employed with the Laborers Union 1149.
A wedding trip will be scheduled at a later date.
