Parents of the bride are Robert Lohr Fisher and Helen Carol (Femat) Fisher of Moundsville.
Parents of the groom are Carles Orion “CO” Anderson of Moundsville and Mary Ellen (Hall) Anderson also of Moundsville.
The bride is a 1991 graduate of John Marshall High School and is employed with Ohio County Schools as a special education teacher.
The groom is a 1996 graduate of John Marshall High School and is employed as a coal miner with Murray Energy.
A celebration was held at the American Legion in Moundsville on Saturday, April 4.
